Adopt, Foster, Surrender
While we do not currently have a facility, we work with private individuals, rescue groups and shelters to find homes for pets that we feel will benefit from our program and thrive in the right situation. As animals in need come to our attention, we will post their information here while they search for their Forever Home.
We are always in need of good foster and forever homes for these wonderful animals! If you are interested in fostering or adopting any of our pets, please complete and return the following PRE-FOSTER/ADOPTION APPLICATION form:
Once you've submitted the Pre-Application and have been approved, if you would like to help by fostering for Move Mutt, please complete and return the following APPROVED FOSTER HOME AGREEMENT form:
Once you've submitted the Pre-Application and have been approved, if there is a pet you would like to adopt through Move Mutt, please complete and return the following APPROVED ADOPTION AGREEMENT form:
If you have a pet you must re-home, please read this information from the Humane Society of the United States first. If you still feel you must re-home, complete the following PET SURRENDER AGREEMENT form:
(Acceptance of the Dog Surrender Agreement form does not obligate Move Mutt to accept the animal into our program. Your dog/cat must first undergo a behavior evaluation and then be matched with a suitable foster or permanent home.)
